I am thrilled to announce my return to active membership in the JLWJC and am eager to contribute to the organization’s continued success. As we celebrate our 90-year history, I am committed to working towards a brighter future for our league while honoring the values and traditions that have made us strong.

My primary goals for the upcoming term are to: Celebrate Success: Celebrating our members’ achievements is essential to building a strong and motivated membership. I plan to highlight our members’ successes through various channels, recognizing the hard work and dedication that have made us who we are today. Revitalize the JLWJC’s League Lines: I plan to use social media, email, and print to effectively communicate with members and ensure timely and accurate updates on our activities, events, and initiatives. Increase Membership: I aim to grow our membership through targeted social media campaigns, university and college meet-ups, and member referral programs. Engaging with potential new members can strengthen our community and expand our reach. Engage Sustainers: Our sustaining members have a wealth of knowledge and experience to share. I plan to involve them in membership training and committee roles, ensuring that their expertise is utilized to its fullest potential.

I will prioritize open communication, transparency, and collaboration throughout my tenure. I am committed to working closely with the executive board, committees, and members to ensure that our goals are aligned and our efforts are effective. I am excited to embark on this new chapter in the JLWJC’s history and look forward to working with each of you to achieve our objectives.
