This class will introduce you to the art of building delicious and beautiful charcuterie boards. Starting with cheese pairing recommendations, how to estimate quantities for your guests, and cheese slicing methods. Then, discover the different cheeses and meats available to craft a personal board to take home. We’ll walk through the basic building blocks of how we design boards at The Table in Downtown OP. Finally, build a custom board for yourself choosing from a variety of accoutrements including dried fruits, jams, mustards, honey, and crackers. The meats and cheeses will be fun, unique, and a good variety too.
