The Junior League of Wyandotte & Johnson Counties (JLWJC) is proud to announce that Mr. Bill Hurrelbrink, Anchor at KCTV 5, will return as the Master of Ceremonies for the 2026 Community Ball, to be held on Saturday, December 5, 2026, at the Sheraton Overland Park Hotel & Convention Center.

rth consecutive year, continuing a tradition of professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm that has become a hallmark of this elegant evening.
Bill’s connection to the Community Ball is especially meaningful as a former Cotillion Escort, giving him a unique appreciation for one of the Junior League’s most cherished traditions. His continued support of the League and its mission has made him a valued friend of the organization, and we are honored to welcome him back to help celebrate our Cotillion families, recognize the accomplishments of our young women, and support the League’s enduring legacy of community service.
