JLWJC COUNCIL SYSTEM
The council system is by definition a clearing house for ideas. It is not a decision-making body but rather a forum for committee plans and ideas. It is a place to discuss, network, gather and share information confidentially.
The purpose of the council is to join committee chairmen and specified appointees with similar interests. There are three councils: Community Council, Finance and Marketing Council, and Membership Council. The councils meet monthly and the minutes of the Councils’ meetings will be published in the Board of Directors’ pre-agenda each month.
